Strata Complex Refreshed with a Sleek Charcoal Colour Seal
A full strata complex brought up to standard with a sleek charcoal colour seal, delivering a uniform, hard-wearing, slip-resistant finish across shared driveways and walkways that lifts the look of the entire property.
The Challenge
The shared concrete surfaces across the strata complex were faded, patchy and showing everyday wear, leaving the common areas looking tired and inconsistent while reducing the overall appeal of the property.
The Solution
We applied a sleek charcoal colour seal across the full complex, creating a fresh, uniform, slip-resistant finish that protects the concrete and delivers a modern, cohesive look built to handle daily foot and vehicle traffic for years to come.
